The Pearl Kuala Lumpur exceeded my expectations, with its premier room on the 23rd floor offering a brilliantly designed space, complete with a Philips Bluetooth soundbar that set a magical atmosphere. the team was professional, and the check-in process was efficient. the hotel's location was perfect for both business and leisure travelers like me, providing easy access to the vibrant city. Despite some minor issues with room cleaning, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Can't wait to return and maybe try out their suite room next time!
